We offer a variety of medical, dental, and vision plans to our employees and their families. We pay a majority of the cost associated with these programs.
Insurance Plans
Our wide range of insurance plans provide income replacement in the event of a serious injury or death.
Plan Options
Accidental death and dismemberment insurance. Provides additional benefits if you die or suffer the loss of a limb, sight, hearing, or paralysis as a result of an accident.
Business travel accident insurance. Covers injury or death that occurs while traveling on company business.
Dependent life insurance. Assists you with the additional expenses you might incur should one of your dependentsdie. This is an employee-funded benefit.
Short-term disability. Provides salary continuation if you are temporarily unable to work due to a non-work related injury or illness. This is a company-paid benefit.
Long-term disability insurance. Covers disabilities beyond short-term until you recover or until you are eligible for social security retirement. This is an employee-funded benefit.
Reimbursement Accounts
Reimbursement accounts help you save money by reducing your taxable income by paying for eligible health and dependent care expenses with pre-tax dollars.
You can set aside money before taxes each pay period to cover some of the costs of:
- Healthcare. Designed to cover eligible expenses not covered under your healthcare plan and lower your taxable income. You specify a pre-tax deduction.
- Dependent care. Designed to cover dependent care expenses and lower your taxable income. You specify a pre-tax deduction.
Retirement Plans
We offer a voluntary 401(k) retirement savings plan. This plan helps you to reach your future financial goals and prepare for retirement.
401(k). Designed to help build savings for your future. After you have completed at least 90 days of employment, you can begin contributing on a pre-tax basis. Liggett Vector Brands matches every dollar you save up to 3% of your salary.
